How do I care for your tees? Our tees are all professionally screen printed & we recommend machine washing on warm, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low.
What is a DEAL OF THE DAY? Our deal of the day is a 24 hour deal on a one of a kind tee. These deals are $16 with $1 shipping (within the US). All deal of the day tees are made to order and may take up to two weeks to ship. Since these deals are so discounted and made to order, they are all a final sale. No exchanges.
How do your tees fit? Our tees range from a snug women's fit to a unisex fit. Please read all descriptions on each listing to verify the fit of that specific tee.
Where are you located? We are based out of Gilbert, AZ.
Do you have your products in local stores? We currently only sell our products online, with an occasional local boutique pop up shop. Please email us for wholesale inquiries: SweetTsDesign@gmail.com
Do you offer local pick up? Unfortunately we do not.
How long until my order ships? We are a small business and as much as we would love to ship orders same day, that is not always the case. All orders do ship within 7-10 days of purchasing.
Do you do custom orders? We currently do not offer any custom orders.
What is your exchange policy? All sales are final; No returns. Exchanges due to incorrect sizing/garment defect can be made within ONE week of receiving your item. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Customer is required to pay all shipping fees in the event of an exchange. Please email us if you have any questions!
What is your shipping policy? All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Expect anywhere from 2-5 days after shipping for delivery. A tracking # will be provided when order ships. Please Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We ship to the address provided. In the event of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee. **Sweet T's is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but are "not received" are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Please contact us if you would like to pay for insurance to be added on to your order.
